Mecklenburger

Mecklenburger Dunkles Weißbier is a typical “Dunkel Weissbier” in the Bavarian style. It is top-fermented and traditionally brewed with only the finest wheat malt, barley malt and caramel malt. It has the typical dark wheat aroma, which is characterised by a high content of esters, alcohols and special phenolic compounds. The beer is dark amber in colour and unfiltered. The cloudiness is a sign of quality and consists of proteins and yeast.
